Temporary addition of Ukraine Appeal donations to my ‘plant a tree’ referral and new client scheme.
I’m feeling a sense of horror over the unfolding war in Ukraine and how it is impacting families, pets and the local environment. The UN is not supporting this oil and mineral-rich country. Because of this, I’m adding the option for you to choose a charity that can help on the front line to my tree planting scheme.
The amount I can afford to give is based on the size and scale of the project, but the starting point is £15 based on a 2 hour project (£15 = 15 trees with Just One Tree/ or 3 days of food for a family with Choose Love/ or DePaul £10 = 50 lunches) and that can scale on projects that are bigger (1 day +).

To date, War Child hasn’t launched a dedicated Ukraine Appeal, but it’s likely that they will be dealing with children from the fall out of this. Therefore I have included them for the longer term, and in acknowledgement that there are children caught in other conflicts suffering equivalent trauma. I will keep watch on their updates.

TERMS IN BRIEF*
/Maximum payment terms for invoices are 7 days,
/Your content strategy, planning and delivery of assets will be carried out over 2-3 weeks with your feedback expected at intervals. Your work will be scheduled in on specific days across this timeframe to guarantee speedy execution. In return you will be asked to give certain information and gather any imagery and brand guidelines in advance of work starting.
/new clients will be asked to pay 50% upfront.
/Subject to your project proposal, which will outline payment schedules, staged payments can be arranged.
/On projects that are not completed within the month, proportional invoicing for time spent to month end will be carried out.
/Projects that await feedback for more than 14 days will be charged for the time spent to date.
/Invoices lapsing past their terms are subject to a late payment fee.
/IP (Intellectual Property) is not transferred to the client until payment is made.
