Each brief is different and the process below might need to be designed to work with your needs. When I do proposals and estimates I outline the proejct process that I feel is appropriate for the project, and so often this project is bespoke, however the stages will generally follow this process, to allow for discussion, communication and sign off stages.

The process starts with a consultation so that I can understand your objectives, business direction, audience and get to know you.

We might need to carry out research appropriate to your project. This might be market research, qualitative or quantitative research, trends research, or any other project-specific research (eg keywords for SEO).

Create first round of strategy, planning or project, copy or other itemised work.
