TERMS IN BRIEF*
/Maximum payment terms for invoices are 7 days,
/Your content strategy, planning and delivery of assets will be carried out over 2-3 weeks with your feedback expected at intervals. Your work will be scheduled in on specific days across this timeframe to guarantee speedy execution. In return you will be asked to give certain information and gather any imagery and brand guidelines in advance of work starting.
/new clients will be asked to pay 50% upfront.
/Subject to your project proposal, which will outline payment schedules, staged payments can be arranged.
/On projects that are not completed within the month, proportional invoicing for time spent to month end will be carried out.
/Projects that await feedback for more than 14 days will be charged for the time spent to date.
/Invoices lapsing past their terms are subject to a late payment fee.
/IP (Intellectual Property) is not transferred to the client until payment is made.
